Checks require up to 10 days additional processing time. Purchase Orders are accepted from public institutions subject to prior approval. A copy of the Purchase Order must be faxed to: (401)823–9710.
Our standard shipping is by our choice of 1st Class Mail, Priority Mail, or UPS Ground Service, depending on the size of your order and your distance from Rhode Island. You will receive an email confirming shipment of your order. If you choose Standard Shipping and are located in the US, you should receive your order within 1 to 7 Business Days. Orders larger then 200 pieces may take slightly longer to process.

If you need it faster, we offer service by UPS 2nd Day Air, which will arrive by the end of the second business day after your order ships, or UPS Express, which will arrive by noon the next business day after your order ships.
7% sales tax is collected on orders shipped to Rhode Island addresses, and on purchases made at our studio only.
We ship to most countries worldwide. Any taxes and/or duties levied by your country are additional, and wll be paid directly by you at the time of delivery. Please contact your local authority for more details. We ship most small orders by International Airmail Letter Post at the same cost as our standard shipping rates listed above. While reasonable in cost, we are unable to track these packages and delivery times will vary. Please contact your post office for assistance with delivery. For faster delivery, we offer Global Priority Mail on orders weighing 4lbs or less. This expedited service is available to many countries, but unfortunately does not provide tracking. For express delivery, with the ability to track your parcel, we offer Global Express Mail Service. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Refunds & Returns
If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund of the merchandise cost. Please contact us at 1–800-423–9099 or email email@example.com for an authorization or for more information.
We hate spam, too! We promise not to disclose or share any customer information with any third-party companies or organizations. We do occasionally send out emails asking for product reviews or with exciting new information – but never more than once a month.
