| 1. How do I replace the battery in my Jim
Clift Clock? |

Carefully pry clock setting out of wood. The battery
is accessible from the backside of the clock. Insert a blade or
screwdriver into the case notch at the side of the back cover and pry
open. Move the plate holding the battery in place aside and insert a
new SR626SW button cell battery with the positive side facing out.
Be sure to fasten the battery into place with the metal plate.
Replace Cover and return clock to the wooden base. |

| 2. How do I change the time on my Jim Clift
Clock? |

Carefully pry clock setting out of wood. Pull out
time setting crown located at the position of the 3. Turn to set
clock. Then push the crown back into place. Return the clock
piece to the wooden base. |

| 3. How do I refill my Jim Clift Pen? |
|
Our pens are easily refilled with a standard BicŪ pen
insert. Simply remove the empty insert by pulling it out at the
tip. Slide a refill into the pen through the same hole at the tip. |

| 4. I've lost one of my favorite earrings.
What do I do now? |
|
If you've lost one of your favorite earrings, it can be
replaced for 1/2 the price listed plus shipping charges. We suggest
that you send us the remaining earring so that we can match the
